Payment Options?
Before mediation begins, all parties to the mediation will sign
an Agreement to Mediate and Confidentiality
Statement.
The result of the mediation will be a
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that will be given to all the
parties at the mediation.
The MOU can be an informal tool, action
plan, and memory enhance, or filed with your local court. Your choice. |

We will talk with you by
phone or video cam and help you clarify the immediate
issues for mediation.
These planning conversations are done in units of thirty
minutes or one hour. You decide. Each
session is paid in advance and the session is usually
done over the phone.
Rate: up to one

Sometimes, individual family members need direction and
coaching on how to handle their siblings and parent.
Or to get clarification Conflict Coaching might be the
best vehicle for dispute resolution.

Family
Facilitation |
Sometimes families need a
conversation to negotiate what they would like to
mediate. We help with this by coordinating the
family team by arranging the "table" meeting, whether by
teleconference or at one location. Very often, this call
is done individually with each family member. It
involves one-on-one calls and scheduling. Usually,
the senior is part of this team, or the children can
meet first and negotiate an agenda to discuss with the
parent. It's your family. You can discuss
options with the mediator.
In facilitation, each member of the family will have an
opportunity share their thoughts, observations, needs,
wished for outcomes. It is a time to be heard.
An agenda will be generated by the family to be followed
at the

Booked in unit of one hour. $150 per hour
Cost is shared by all parties
to the mediation, including the senior.
One family member may also pay.

Family
Mediation |
A mediator will meet with
your family at your home, in a nursing facility, by
conference call, or at a convenient location. We
will assist your family in having a quality conversation
to help you negotiate informed decisions.
Mediations can be scheduled on evenings and weekends, so
that your family can come together at their most
convenient time.
At a family mediation,
each family member will have a chance to speak,
including the senior. Then, the mediator will
support your conversation and decisions that will result
in an Agreement of Understanding. Each
family member has an opportunity, and will be
encouraged, to be part of the negotiation.
The mediator will not
make decisions for you or your family. It is your
mediation.
Rate:
Booked as a two hours minimum. $600 per
mediation

The cost will be shared
by the family members. Or, by agreement, another means
of payment.

Family
Meeting
|
Sometimes months after a mediation, situations change,
new events emerge, or decisions aren't implemented as
discussed, and the family needs to tweak their plan.
Follow up meetings are available by teleconference call.
Rate: Booked in
unit of half hour. $75 per session

Mediations can also be paid by check. No mediation
is scheduled until payment is made.

Cancelation policy:
Cancelations made within 7 days of the mediation are
refunded at 50%.
Otherwise, there is no refund, but mediations can be
rescheduled at any mutual time.
